Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

Add veggies saute adding salt and turmeric powder

Cover it till it is soft add ginger paste and cumin-coriander powder and saute well

Add red chilli Powder and coconut and fry well

Add water and simmer till everything get combined

Add sugar and mix well
