Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmalabar spinach seeds
  2. 1/2pumpkin sliced
  3. 2Potatoes sliced
  4. 1 tspfive spices
  5. 2green chillies chopped
  6. 2 tbspmustard seeds paste
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. To tastesalt and sugar
  9. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add pumpkin and Potatoes saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add seeds and mix well,cover till it is soft

  4. 4

    Add mustard paste and saute well adding sugar
