Ingredients

  1. Step 1: Creaming
  2. 6 ozButter, room temperature
  3. 4.25 ozSugar
  4. 4.75 ozBrown Sugar
  5. 8 ozPeanut Butter
  6. Step 2: Wet
  7. 1 tbspVanilla Extract
  8. 2Large Eggs
  9. Step 3: Dry
  10. 2 tspBaking Soda
  11. 1/2 tspSalt
  12. 7.5 ozSifted AP Flour
  13. (OPTIONAL) Step 4: Hand Mixing
  14. 12 ozPackage of Any Morsels

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Cream together the sugars, butter, and peanut butter until fluffy.

  3. 3

    Add the wet ingredients, and fully incorporate.

  4. 4

    Mix together and sift the dry ingredients. Add slowly to the dough mixture.

  5. 5

    If desired, add a package of your favorite morsels! I LOVE dark chocolate for this!

    Scoop cookies onto a sheet pan. I use a 1 ounce scoop, producing... cookies.

  7. 7

    Press down with a sugar coated fork in a criss-cross pattern for decoration.

    Bake for 8 minutes.

  9. 9

    Remove from pan onto a cooling rack.

  10. 10

    Eat and enjoy!!
