Ginger Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Combine all ingredients and marinate pork 2 hours (or overnight), covered, in refrigerator.

Remove tenderloin from marinade; discard marinade.

Grill pork over medium/hot coals, 15-20 minutes, to 155 degrees meat temperature
OR
Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes. - 4
Slice to serve. Top with Svengali Tomatoes.
