  • 4.5 cupsflour
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 2.25 tspyeast
  • 1.5 tspsalt
  • 1egg
  • 1.75 cupsmilk
  • 3 tbspbutter

    Combine: flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and the egg.

    Warm milk and butter. (about 110 degrees) Stir.

    Mix buttery milk into flour.

    Cover dough in oiled bowl for 1 hour.

    Create 16 dough balls.

    Use a dry griddle: cook on low heat 7-15 minutes each side.
