Steps
- 1
Mix besan/gram flour, curd, salt and water. Make smooth batter, (at last you can blend with hand blender.) with thin consistency. (Like pudla or like kadhi, not too watery and not too thick)
- 2
Heat a steamer, Spread oil in a thali, and put enough batter to cover bottom. Thin layer of batter. Cook in steamer for 5-7min. (Make sure you use flat thali)
- 3
Take our and keep aside for 2mins. Cut straight and roll all the cooked batter.
- 4
Repeat the same. It will make 3-4 thali to cook. Roll them all and take into a big bowl/ serving plate.
- 5
Heat oil in tadka pan on high flame, add mustard, wait till all cracked. Turn off heat, then add cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves and last red chilli cut into half. Last add green chilli chopped.
- 6
Wait for a min. Now top this on khandvi with spoon. And sprinkle coconut powder and coriander. If u like bit spicy, you can sprinkle red chilli powder. (Here I did, coz we like it)
- 7
Serve to your family and loved ones.
