Boil your yam with salt and sugar till it's soft

Drain the boiled yam

Mix flour with Maggi and salt and whisk your egg in separate bowl add Maggi to it.

Bring your oil to heat,coat your yam with flour mixture then dip in egg then fry in low heat until golden brown

Boil your meat with Maggi,salt and spices till it's soft

Add lil oil in a pan add your drained boiled meat,fry it a little add your sliced onions and grated chilly pepper to it,add Maggi curry and spices,garlic and ginger,keep stiring well when it incoperate we'll add your meat broth and bring to boil,

Mix cornflour with water and add to it to thicken it.live it for like 3 minutes and it's done!
