  • as neededOlive oil,
  • as neededVinegar,
  • About 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs (about 200 grams)
  • 1 tablespoonParmesan cheese
  • as neededSalt,

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Place the chicken slices in a bowl and marinate for 10 minutes with olive oil, vinegar, and a pinch of salt.

  2. 2

    Coat the chicken slices in the breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.

  3. 3

    Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
