Steps

Wash and Soak urad dal in water for 4-5 hours.

Add coconut, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves and salt. Grind all together to a smooth batter.

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.

Put few drops of water on one palm take batter and give a round shape with a hole and slowly carefully drop it in pan.

Fry both sides tell golden brown.

Remove it on a tissue paper.

Serve hot with green chutney.
