Ingredients

  1. Large frozen catfish
  2. Garam masala or any type of mix spices(i make mine myself)
  3. Cubes
  4. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut ur frozen catfish into medium sizes,wash and put into a colender.

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix ur spices and cube,den one after another put the frozen fish in it n mix it well until it reached ol way tru.

  3. 3

    In a frying pan add oil and lil onion well its hot add ur fish and allow it to cook truly and when it become crispy put out of the oil and serve
