Then seperate it cut the dough using a round cookie cutter, rest the dough again about 15 min until it double in size.

Pour and heat oil (medium heat) fry each side until It become golden. Remove from the oil place it on paper towel or frying tray. Coating with sugar cinnamon. For filling (custard or Nutella) just slit the doughnut with knife. My bomboloni is done 😋
