Marinate chicken pieces with little salt,vinegar,soya sauce for an hour.

Add the fried chicken, garlic paste, the leftover marinated soya sauce and vinegar,salt and the cornflour batter.Add a pinch of orange red food colour,chilli sauce, and toss till dry.Serve with Chinese mixed fried rice or noodles.
