  2. 2 tbspcashew nuts
  3. 2 tbspalmonds
  4. 2 tbspraisins
  5. 2 tbsppistachios
  6. 1/2 cupflax seed
  7. 1 cuphoney
  8. 1 tbspbutter
  9. 2 tbspchoco chips

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast all the nuts

    In a, separate pan put honey and butter and bring to boil until 1 string consistency comes

    Now cool the mixture and put all the dry ingredients and mix

    Now put this mix in a mould and let it set and cut into bars and serve
