  • 1/2 kgrice
  • 8potatoes
  • 4tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Water(double the amount of rice)
  • Salt
  • C/oil

Steps

    Peel potatoes clean and cut into small cubes

  2. 2

    Cook onion to golden brown add tomatoes and cover for 3mins

  3. 3

    Add potatoes

    Wash and drain rice then add

    Add water and cover on low heat

  6. 6

    It's ready when all water is dried up

  7. 7

    Enjoy with some protein on the side
