1 kgshalgam/turnip
2big chopped onions
2big chopped tomatoes
2 tspghee
As neededcoriander leaves
To tastesalt
1 tspCumin seeds
1 tspred chilli powder
Little piece jaggery
As neededoil
1 bowlgreen peas

Steps

Boil shalgam.

Heat oil in a pan add jeera and onion and tomato saute well and mix green peas.

Add all spices and mix it.

Add boil shalgam and mix well.

Ready to serve a perfect winter vegetable.Garnish with some coriander leaves.
