  • Fresh chicken intestine
  • Spices
  • cubesMaggi
  • Onions
  • Salt
  • Veg oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash off all the excretes inside the intestine thoroughly, season and cook until soft then set aside

  2. 2

    Heat up your oil and fry the cooked intestine until a bit dry. Remove from heat and strain.

  3. 3

    Allow to cool a bit and serve as a snack
