Ingredients

  1. 3 leavescabbage small chopped
  2. 1carrot shreded
  3. 1 small bowl shreded cauliflower
  4. 3green chilli
  5. coriander leaves small bowl
  6. 1 spoonsalt
  7. 1 tspchilli powder
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 bowl each wheat flower,bajra flour
  10. 50 gmunboiled milk for dough making
  11. water for dough
  12. for vegetable washed and boiled bathua leaves.(one bundle)
  13. 1 cut in piecespotato
  14. 1tomato chopped,green chilli chopped
  15. salt,chilli powder,turmeric,cumin seeds according to vegetable
  16. oil for vegetable and ghee for parantha

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl put bajra flour,wheat flower,shreded and chopped material for dough.

  2. 2

    Add spices,milk, coriander and make a dough.Now make paranthas on tava,by rolling a small portion and cook on tawa like paratha

  3. 3

    Now take a pan put oil to heat then put cumin seeds then tomato to soften.

  4. 4

    Add green chilli chopped mix it then add spices.

  5. 5

    Now put potato cut mix it and cover it with lid to cook.

  6. 6

    Five to ten minute after it cooked add boiled bathua without it's water left in boil.

  7. 7

    Just the wet bathua and mix it into the material to little cook.

  8. 8

    Put on a plate pour dome ghee on parantha and add vegetable a side it's ready to serve.
