Take a pan hot the ghee and frying the onion add the spices and add the mashed potato after 2 minute ready masala for dosa

Soak the rice and urad dal separate for 6~7 hours

After grind in wet grinder in by one so that it becomes fluffy

Keep overnight

Take a bowl and add 2 tablespoon dosa matter and add some water,salt and keep aside

Now take a non stick pan and put 1 tablespoon dosa batter and spread dosa batter round...add the masala,cheese,onion and serve with sambhar.
