Tomatoes stews are tricky but we know its tricks. Wash tomatoes, remove seeds and set aside.

Blend the tomatoes along side the tatashi.

Blend ginger and sieve off chaff by adding water. Separate it from the juice.

In a large pot, pour blended tomatoes paste and set on heat to dry up the water and to remove sourness.

Cook the chicken or beef and set aside.

Add the tinned tomatoes. Let it took for more time. Wash and cut the crunchy vegetables and set aside.

Add some vegetable oil to the pot containing the tomatoes when the water has dried up. Add your cut onions.

Fry continuously until oil separates entirely from the tomatoes stew. When it is done, prepare to add your vegetables.

Before you add the vegetables, add some salt and a seasoning cube if necessary.

Add the vegetables and let cook fit about five minutes. Try to ensure vegetables doesn't get soft.
