Ingredients

  • 1/3 loafbread
  • (If you're exposed to Yale bread, that exact size is perfect)
  • 2eggs
  • Suya
  • Vegetable oil
  • Onions
  • Pepper (green and red)
  • 1/8cabbage or less (all your choice to make)
  • Curry and dried thyme (the flavors are superb)
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Break eggs into a bowl and whisk.

  2. 2

    Add some onions, peppers, curry, thyme and salt

  3. 3

    Add 1 tsp vegetable oil and pour mixture. Fry egg until done.

  4. 4

    Cut open the bread to have the typical sandwich shape.

  5. 5

    Begin fill up. Add some cabbages, the fried eggs, the fine peppers, some pieces of suya and set aside.

  6. 6

    In a frying pan, add ½ teaspoon oil and fry the bread all filled up. Fry a side until gold brown and the other side when you're done

  7. 7

    Your customized meshai is ready to be explored. Yum yum yum!!!
