Break eggs into a bowl and whisk.

Add some onions, peppers, curry, thyme and salt

Add 1 tsp vegetable oil and pour mixture. Fry egg until done.

Cut open the bread to have the typical sandwich shape.

Begin fill up. Add some cabbages, the fried eggs, the fine peppers, some pieces of suya and set aside.

In a frying pan, add ½ teaspoon oil and fry the bread all filled up. Fry a side until gold brown and the other side when you're done
