Take a bowl add minced chicken, chopped ginger, 1tbsp chopped green chilli, 1tbsp chopped red chilli, 1tbsp chopped coriander, 1tbsp degi Mirch, 1 small tbsp garam Masala, 1tbsp kasturi methi and salt to taste and mix it well. Now add 1 egg and roasted chana powder to bind the mixture and keep it a side. Now take a pan and heat oil for deep fry. Now take small portion of mixture and make a ball by making a hole in the centre. Now deep fry the vada in the oil and serve it with red or green sauce.
