Ingredients

  • 1Whole Wheat Pocket Pita, cut in half
  • 1 CanTuna in Water, drained
  • 1 Tbs.Onion, diced
  • 1 Tbs.Celery, diced
  • 1 Tbs.Green Bell Pepper, diced
  • 2 Tbs.Light Mayonnaise
  • PinchSalt
  • PinchPepper
  • PinchGarlic Powder
  • 2-3 slicestomato

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix together all the ingredients except the pitas and the tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Place the tomatoe slices inside each pita half. Cut in half if needed.

  3. 3

    Stuff half of tuna mixture in each pita half.
