First Peel the avarekai and collect the beans and soaked in to water 4-5 hours.

Then remove the outer skin of the beans.

Then grinding the onion, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and coconut and make smooth peste.

Then heat the oil and add hing and add peste and fry 5 minutes.

Then add beans and add dhaniya powder, tarmaric powder, chilli powder and salt then fry 5 minutes.

And add 2 Cup of water and close the cooker and 4 whistle.

Then serve with idli, dosa and rice.
