Silken Tofu with Ground Meat

Heat cooking oil, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, add ground meat, stir until it changes color.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, bouillon powder, salt, and sugar, mix well, then add enough water.

Add tofu, stir gently and let it cook until the tofu is done, adjust seasoning, if everything is cooked, pour in the cornstarch mixture while stirring.

Finally, add green onion, turn off the heat, remove from stove, and serve.
