Put minced awara in a bowl, add in chopped onion, pounded ginger, garlic and pepper, seasoning cube, peas and spices. Mix very well.

Add in whisked egg, mix to incorporate. Add in breadcrumbs and give a final mix.

Get Cling film and layout. Scoop mixture into cling film and wrap in roll.

Toss roll into Microwave for 2mins and sausage is ready.

Unwrap sausage and allow to cool. Do with it as you wish.
