Dry roast sesame seeds over low to medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes

Remove set aside..in same pan add 1 tsp desi ghee add crushed or thinly scraped jaggery keep mixing on low flame till jaggery melts completely

Once all jaggery is melted add roasted sesame seeds keep mixing for 20 to 30 seconds on low flame then remove from heat

Grease a back side of thali or any surface....

Keep mixing the jaggery and sesame seeds mixture with spoon till it becomes little stiff

Then put it on the greased surface apply ghee in rolling pin too and roll the mixture evenly and thinly

Apply square cuts and keep remove the pieces once it is completely cooled

Store in airtight containers will last for more than 15 days
