Soak dal overnight.In the morning wash it well then grind it smoothly.

Add salt, black pepper and hing, mix it well with spoon and now add ENO.

Heat up oil in a kadhaai.pour the paste of dal with the spoon and fry it until it get golden brown in colour.

Now dip the bhalle in normal water. Let them in water for 30 minutes.

Before serving squeeze out the water from bhalle with soft hands.

Add curd, imli and green chutney, roasted Jeera,boiled potatoes.Sprinkle chat masala on them.

Now Dahi bhalle is ready to serve and eat.
