Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlbroken Urad dal(white)
  2. 250 gmCurd
  3. 2 tspGreen chutney
  4. 2boiled potatoes
  5. as neededImli chutney
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tbsBlack pepper
  8. 1 pinchHing
  9. To tasteChat masala
  10. 1 tspRoasted Jeera
  11. 1/2 tbsEno

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak dal overnight.In the morning wash it well then grind it smoothly.

  2. 2

    Add salt, black pepper and hing, mix it well with spoon and now add ENO.

  3. 3

    Heat up oil in a kadhaai.pour the paste of dal with the spoon and fry it until it get golden brown in colour.

  4. 4

    Now dip the bhalle in normal water. Let them in water for 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Before serving squeeze out the water from bhalle with soft hands.

  6. 6

    Add curd, imli and green chutney, roasted Jeera,boiled potatoes.Sprinkle chat masala on them.

  7. 7

    Now Dahi bhalle is ready to serve and eat.
