Cooking Instructions

Fry potatoes in oil till brown and slightly crispy drain and set to the side

Preheat oven to 425

Cook meat till just about done and add peppers and onions and garlic finish cooking till meats done and drain

Then mix in taco seasoning and prepare as directed into meat and veggie mix

When the taco seasoning is cooked into the meat and pepper mixture take off heat

Mix potatoes and meat and pepper mixture and cheese into a bowl

Line ungreased pie pan(i used an aluminum one) with one roll of crust press into pan

Fill with taco mixure and egg wash the crust border
- 9
Unroll other crust on top press ends together and trim the ends off and egg wash the top crust
- 10
Prick four holes in the center of top crust (i used the tip of a butter knife)

Sprinkle a bit of cheese on top then place on a pan for support and bake for 30 minutes

Take out let cool for a few minutes and enjoy
