For the dough: Mix gram flour and wheat flour with the rest of the rest of the ingredients except oil for frying, and make a soft dough. Keep it to rest for 30 mins.

For the filling: Heat oil in a kadhai. Add onions and fry till translucent. Add in the ginger garlic paste, and fry for a minute. Add in the salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder, and cook till done

Add in the minced meat, and cook till done on a medium flame.

Add in the lemon juice, coriander and mint leaves.

For the Taco, roll into roundels and deep fry in the oil.

Stuff the fried tacos with the filling and serve with lemon wedge & mint dip, garnished with a mint sprig.
