You soak the rice 30 mins before you start cooking, then you put a water till boil then you put the rice to cook.

You check on it after like 20 mins, if the rice is done you take a spatula and mixed the rice you can add a little bit flour to make it sticky. Leave it for 10 mins to steam.

For the soup you mixed your red bell pepper, tomato, onion, and Scotch bonnet and pumpkin in a blender, allow it to cook.

Put your cooking oil in a pot add the blended stuff and fry it then you add your chiken stock and allow it to cook

After about 15 mins you mixed your groundnut with water,then you add seasonings,

Add into the soup you mixed it and add your spinach allow it to steam. Serve hot.
