Ingredients

  1. 1cauliflower
  2. 2Potatoes
  3. 1 tspginger paste
  4. 1 tbspcumin powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  6. 2green chillies slitted
  7. 1 tspcumin seed
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1bay leaf
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  11. To tastesalt and sugar
  12. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam cauliflower and Potatoes

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed, green chilies and bay leaf

  3. 3

    Add cauliflower florets and Potatoes saute well

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

  5. 5

    Now add ginger paste and cumin powder and saute well

  6. 6

    Add red chilli Powder and mix well

  7. 7

    Finally add sugar and garam masala powder
