We use to stuff capsicum mostly with potatoes or cheese(paneer).In winters we can enjoy lot of healthy vegetables.l give it some twist ,When l cut the capsicums from the center ,it looks like katori ,so l give my receipe a new name stuffed katori .l filled them with healthy vegetables & they turns out to be a tasty & healrhy dish .

Wash the capsicums with fresh water in a bowl.

Take them out & clean them with wet cloth.

Cut them from the center.Remove the stalk on the top.

With the help of knife gently remove the seeds.

In a plate or bowl,add grated paneer& all the veggies.Put all the ingredients in it. Mix bhi well.

Put this stuffing in all the katoris.

Heat the pan & add 4 tbsp of gram flour.

Put salt, red chilli powder & chat masala in it & mix well.

Cook on a low flame till aroma smells out. switch off the flame.

Now take one by one all katoris & dip the stuffed part in roasted gram flour.let them covered properly with the roasted gramflour.

Take them out on a plate.

Heat 2_3 tbsp of olive oil in non stick pan.

Gently put the katoris init. Fried evently on both sides.

When it turns golden brown then turn it over & cook on the other side till brown.

Serve hot with mint chutney or as a side dish.
