Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupmoong boiled
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchAsofetida
  • 1/4 tspginger garlic chopped or paste
  • 1each Onion and chilli green chopped
  • 1/2Cucumber cut into pieces
  • 1tomato cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tspChat masala
  • 1/2lemon squeeze or more
  • Pinchcumin powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the dal for 2 hours.boil in the pressure cooker by adding salt,asofetida and ginger garlic make 3-4 whistles by adding 1/1/2 cup of water or till soft

  2. 2

    Now cut all the veggies add moth when it is cold add all masala and lemon.serve with breakfast or any time when feel hungry
