Ingredients

20 mins
2 servings
  • 1 spoonoil
  • 1Chicken breast
  • 1/2onion
  • 5 cupswater
  • to tasteSalt & pepper
  • to tasteFresh coriander
  • 3-4small carrots
  • 1 cuprice
  • Knorr ready seasoning for soup
  • Greek feta cheese (optional)

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    In a small pan, saute the onion for 2 mins in oil.

  2. 2

    In a pot, put the water with chicken and wait to boil. Add the onion, carrots, knorr, salt & pepper and rice and stir

  3. 3

    Leave it to boil for about 20 mins, put the fresh coriander and its ready to serve.

  4. 4

    (Optional, add some greek feta for more flavor) Enjoy!
