Take the potatoes in a bowl and wash them..use a brush to clear off all the mud particles from it.Rinse throughly

Now with a help of a fork pierce the potato from all sides.Pierce it atleast 12 times so that heat that pass throughly, allowing the potato to cook properly from inside

Now in a seperate bowl add salt pepper and paprika pwd with a bit of oil and mix.I used an Indian spice concoction containing Red chilli pwd,Coriander pwd,Cumin pwd and Black pepper pwd with 2 tsp of oil

Now baste the potaoes with some oil and then marinate them in the spice mix.Make sure you keep the skin on to impart more flavor.

Preheat the oven at 350° C...place the potatoes on the baking tray and put in the oven and bake them fir 15 mins

After 15 mins tilt the potatoes on the other side and bake for another 15 mins

Take out the potatoes and let them cool down

Now cut the potatoes in half...watch out for the steam within it....Serve with a cheesy dip or a spicy yogurt...Enjoy
