Steps

Add suji, besan, salt, black pepper powder. Mix well.

Add onion, capsicum, coriander leaves, chillies. pour enoug water and make a batter.

Heat pan and grease it with few drops oil.

When it turn hot the flame to medium.

Now spread better and pour it in the center.

Put some oil around the edge leave the pan.

Flip it to other side.

Fry until the cheela is cooked completely.
- 9
Serve cheela with some red sauce or tea.
