Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupboiled quinoa
  • 1/4 cupboiled rajma
  • 1/4 cupchopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cupchopped carrots
  • 1/4 cupcorn kernels
  • 1/4 cuppaneer or tofu cubes
  • 2mint sprigs
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteBlack pepper for seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil quinoa in an open pan in two cups of water

  2. 2

    Take all other ingredients in a bowl

  3. 3

    Add cooked quinoa and the seasoning to it

  4. 4

    Mix well

  5. 5

    Squeeze lemon juice and enjoy healthy salad
