Wash hungry rice and drain, in a pot add oil, Pepper paste, onion, spices, seasoning and saute, add boiled water, add hungry rice, keep stirring till its thick, let it cook for 10mins, add diced carrots and green beans,serve with fried plantain and garnish with scallion.
