Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1 teaspoondry active yeast
  3. 1/4 cupwarm milk
  4. 1 tablespoonmelted butter
  5. 1/4 teaspoonbaking powder
  6. 1/4 cuppowder sugar
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. Melted dark chocolate
  9. Sprinkles
  10. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add1 cup flour, yeast, baking powder, baking soda, powder sugar and mix dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Then add melted butter,milk and knead soft dough and set aside for 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Roll the dough slightly thick using rolling pin and cut with donut cutter.

  4. 4

    Now put it on the tray and keep it in warm place for about 3 hours.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan and fry donuts on slow flame till golden and keep kitchen towel.

  6. 6

    Melt the chocolate in double boiler.

  7. 7

    Dip the fried donuts in melted chocolate and garnish them with some sprinkles.
