Firstly in a large bowl take 2cups maida, baking powder, salt and oil and crumble and combine the flour well. Further add in cold water and make dough. Knead the dough 10min or till dough turn smooth and tight.

Cover the dough and rest for 1hrs.

After 1hrs knead the dough slightly. Divide the dough in half and roll the dough slightly thick.

Cut rectangle pieces with the help of knief. Brush the ends with water.

Take 1tbsp of stuffing and place over one side of sheet. Cover the stuffing with other half sheet.

Press the sides with the help of fork. Deep fry the pizza puff on hot oil till turn crispy and golden. Keeping the flame low to medium.
