Boil sehjan flowers in pressure cooker till two whistle

Take a pan & heat oil

Suate peas, chopped onion and tomato.

After this nix chopped potatoes and saute at heat till soft.

Now mix dry corriender, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,salt chopped green chilli.

Left it at flame for five minutes.

Now squeeze boiled sehjan flowers. Now put it in pan & mix it with vegetables.

Cover lid and put it for ten or fifteen minutes at slow flame.

Vegetable is ready, serve it with chapati.
