Steps

Take a wok add sauf and roast it for 6-7 mint.

After it light crushed the sauf and remove the rind (chilka) of sauf.

Then blind the sauf lightly.

Take a another pan add ghee and flour saute it till it get brown.Add crushed dry fruits in it and add sauf in it and mixed well.

Take a wok add sugar and water and make a syrup.

Add this syrup in mixture of sauf and stir well.

Set out this mixture in plate and cut it into square pieces.

Garnish with dryfruits and serve it.
