Combine salt red chilli turmeric coriander cumin ginger garlic lemon juice in a bowl

Apply all over fish pieces and inside the cuts set aside for 1 hour

Coat fish pieces with rava and rice flour mix

Shallow fry over medium heat till golden and crisp it will take 5 to 7 minutes on each side

Remove onto a plate serve with mint chutney onion rings lemon slices
