Ingredients

  • cubesBeef diced in
  • Diced carrots
  • Cornflour
  • Grinded Scotch bonnet
  • Seasonings n spices

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add the diced beef, slice onions and add seasonings n spices.

  2. 2

    Add scotch bonnet, carrots n oil stir for few seconds, then add water and cornflour, stir and cover to cook. Serve with white vegetable rice
