Ingredients

  1. cubesBeef diced in
  2. Diced carrots
  3. Cornflour
  4. Grinded Scotch bonnet
  5. Seasonings n spices

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add the diced beef, slice onions and add seasonings n spices.

  2. 2

    Add scotch bonnet, carrots n oil stir for few seconds, then add water and cornflour, stir and cover to cook. Serve with white vegetable rice
