Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsmoong and masoor daal
  2. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  3. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  4. To tastesalt
  5. For tadka
  6. 1dry red chilli
  7. 2-3 clovesgarlic
  8. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1bay leaf
  10. As required oil
  11. 1For garnishing onion fried

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook daal with salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder.Once daal gets soft.

  2. 2

    Take a pan add oil then add all the Ingredients for tadka.

  3. 3

    Invert the cooked daal give a boil adjust the salt and serve with fried onions.
