Wash meat, put in a pot, slice onions and add, put 2 maggi, thyme curry and salt, then cook until soft, fry and keep aside.

Heat up oil on medium heat for a minute or two and add sliced onions, allow to fry for 30 seconds and add your blended tomato paste, fry for 3 minutes whilst stiring to avoid burning. Add meat stock, maggi and stir, cover the pot and allow to cook for 3 minutes on low heat, stir and add fried duck meat and stir, taste for salt and allow to simmer for 2 minutes then put off heat.

Tadaaa.....stew is ready! Serve with white rice and enjoy😋😋
