In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients with the chicken. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.

Heat a skillet with a little oil. Sauté the chicken quickly until well browned, then remove from the pan.

Spread garlic sauce on the markouk bread, then add French fries, pickled cucumbers, and the chicken shawarma. Roll up the sandwich, toast it on a sandwich press or skillet until golden, then slice and serve with extra garlic sauce. Enjoy!
