Steps

Knead a dough by mixing maida,oil and salt,knead by adding water,keep aside for 10 minutes

Take a pan add oil saute cumin,add boiled potato and spices mix and cook for minutes and keep aside for ccool

Now take a poori size dough from maida,spread by palm and stuff potatofilling seal and deep fry in hot oil

Serve with tea or sauce
