Ingredients

  • 2 kgmilk
  • 100 gramsrice
  • 1 bowlsugar
  • As neededDry fruits
  • 7-8saffron strands
  • 1 tspcardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash rice with running water and soakfor 30 minutes. Heat milk in the heavy bottom pan and bring it boil. Add soaked rice in boiling milk.

  2. 2

    Boil again and add cardamom powder and saffron strands.

  3. 3

    Now add sugar and mix well.

  4. 4

    Lastly add dry fruits as u like.
